DemanualAI is a small AI product company in Chennai. We build Flows for WhatsApp automation and Dataviz for plain-English answers from your database or ERP. Both are live.

Most of what we do now is product. We still take a small number of custom builds each year when the problem is specific enough and we know we can do excellent work.

Built and run by the same small team that answers the phone.

§ 02 — What we believe

Five positions,
not policies.

Most "AI" sold to small businesses is a chatbot that can't do anything. Real AI books the appointment, checks the system, sends the reminder, and knows when to hand off.

The people who build the AI should be the people who pick up the phone when it breaks. No handoffs. No account managers as intermediaries. The engineer who ships is the engineer on call.

Small teams ship better products than big teams. Fewer handoffs, faster decisions, more accountability. We're not small because we haven't grown; we're small because it works.

The front door should name the outcome, not the architecture. A clinic owner does not evaluate your vector database. They care whether the appointment gets booked.

If your WhatsApp is quiet, you probably do not need Flows. We would rather tell you that on the first call than sell you software you will not use.

He is the lead engineer on every project, reads every inbound message, and stays close to the product after launch.
