Do I have to buy all ten services?
No. Every service can be bought on its own or combined, and each is priced separately. We usually recommend starting with the CRM plus whichever channel brings you the most enquiries today.
I already use a CRM. Can you work with it?
Yes. We set up Twenty CRM for you, or connect everything to the CRM you already use. Either way, every channel feeds the same record.
Will you message people on WhatsApp who haven't opted in?
Never. WhatsApp requires people to opt in first, and breaking that rule can get your number banned. Leads from lists move to WhatsApp only once they've agreed to hear from you.
Shopify or a custom store?
Shopify is fast to set up and you pay Shopify directly. A Medusa.js store is fully custom, built and hosted by us, with no third-party subscription. Both sync every order to your CRM.
Who runs it after setup?
We do. Flows is set up and kept running by the team that built it. You tell us what to change, and we keep improving it.
How is it priced?
